Job Description:
1. Strong knowledge of Kanban methodology, including pull sequences, material replenishment, inventory movement, WIP control, and finished goods handling.
2. Experience using Oracle to set up parts within a Kanban system.
3. Skilled in setting up Kanban sizing, card types, signal points, and replenishment rules.
4. Developed visual management systems for Kanban boards, bins, racks, and signal cards.
5. Set inventory levels (min/max), lead times, and replenishment strategies aligned with demand patterns.
6. Experience in defining supermarket locations, flow racks, and delivery routes within the facility.
7. Warehouse optimization, including kitting processes.
8. Proficient in Microsoft tools, particularly Excel.
9. Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
10. Experienced in project planning, monitoring, and status reporting
