Job Description:
Must possess at least 5 years of IT experience with broad knowledge and an understanding of IT areas such as: Architecture, Infrastructure setup, management, Operating Systems, Database, various types of Applications, Network, and Cloud implementations.
Must possess at least 4+ years of strong hands-on experience in AWS Cloud Administration
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure components (server, storage, network, security, data, and applications) to deliver end to end AWS cloud Infrastructure solutions.
Skilled in Install, configure, administrate, manage, and support AWS resources such as EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC
Should be able to perform installation, configuration, and management of Windows and RHEL servers.
Apply patches, configuration changes, and security updates to address identified vulnerabilities on the Windows and RHEL servers in the cloud.
Assist in investigation of any incidents related to server vulnerabilities.
Track variability items (VITs) remediation progress, provide status updates, and document fixes for audit readiness.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues on both Windows and RHEL servers.
Take ownership of issues, with a sense of urgency, and using sound judgement to resolve within service levels.
Ability to work independently as well as work well with others in an integrated team environment and must be self-motivated.
Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, work well with others in an integrated team environment, and must be self-motivated.
Apply patches, configuration changes, and security updates to address vulnerabilities.
Support investigations of server-related security incidents.
Track and report VIT remediation progress and maintain documentation for audit readiness
